First of all, I’d like to say thank you to the judges for giving me time to speak here.

Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to deliver my speech under the title “Teenagers for the golden generation”.

Ladies and gentlemen, as teenagers, we must believe in ourselves that we have got talents from God. As teenagers, we all are have talents, but can we manage them to be the excellent talents? Well, I have some tips for us.

First, we need to know about ourselves. Who we are, and what’s our talent? find it! Second, manage it! After we realize it and know about ourselves, manage it! Manage it with our styles, our social life and also manage it with ourselves.
